The Challenge

• The YGS Group is a fast-growing marketing agency and Talent Tap client for the past five years.  2022 was proving to be an exceptionally challenging year to find the right talent for the agency’s open positions.  By mid-year, it was a perfect storm (a hot labor market, rising salaries and a scarcity of talent!) that was threatening to derail summertime vacations for key YGS staff.

• The YGS Group encourages their team taking provided time off – people’s work/life balance is important to avoid burnout!  So, they turned to Talent Tap to provide the right solution to help meet their hiring goals.
  
  

The Solution

• Talent Tap was able to put together a 2-month plan for retained recruiting, targeting seven (7) of their most urgent openings.  This included direct coordination of candidate activity and interviews with hiring managers while keeping HR in the loop. 

• Talent Tap sourced and coordinated four (4) hires for nearly 60% of these openings in a highly competitive job market.
